Opportunity to participate – NSW and ACT members

We have been contacted by Genetic Alliance Australia with an opportunity to support a second year Masters of Genetic Counselling student who is working on her student research project.  In order to complete the project she needs the public and in particular support group members to take part in a forum.  Note: this is only for families and individuals from NSW and ACT.

Title: Genetic counselling and your family health information: Its collection and storage

The contact details and information about the project can be found here: Trakgene Advertisement for GAA

Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) is a genetic disorder that causes a person's bones to break easily, often from little or no apparent trauma. OI is also called "brittle bone disease." OI varies in severity from person to person, ranging from a mild type to a severe type that causes death before or shortly after birth.
